Building Value From the Ground Up

Stokes Capital Management provides the capital that Southeast developers need but can no longer access. Traditional banks have largely exited horizontal A&D lending, leaving regional developers without financing for land acquisition, entitlements, and infrastructure. We fill that gap, funding every phase of horizontal development from raw land purchase through builder-ready lot delivery.

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, our deal flow comes directly from a developer network built over six decades across the Southeast. Developers bring us opportunities before they reach the open market. We deploy capital, they execute development, and we share in the profits, a structure that has delivered consistent, proven results across 19 private A&D transactions.
