First-Time Fund, Not First-Time Team

Chester's team has deployed capital profitably for 60 years without a fund. They never needed one. The fund exists because the opportunity set has outgrown their balance sheet. Institutional infrastructure was built before the first dollar was raised: Apex Group fund administration at $25M committed, an independent auditor, and experienced fund counsel.
