Chester is one of Northeast Florida’s most accomplished real estate developers, with a career that now spans more than six decades. Since founding his development practice in 1973 he has led the acquisition, entitlement and development of more than 100 projects across the Southeast, including five golf-course communities.
His landmark developments include Marsh Landing in Ponte Vedra Beach, a gated golf community of more than 1,100 homes around an Arnold Palmer-designed course, along with Deercreek Country Club, Samara Lakes in St. Augustine, Talavera, and Destination Resorts at Amelia Island.
